By creating an account or using SOPfast, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

SOPfast provides an AI-powered tool for generating Standard Operating Procedures. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use SOPfast.

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds except where required by law.

You agree not to use SOPfast to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

You own the SOPs you generate. By using SOPfast you grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your SOPs. We do not use your content to train AI models.

SOPfast is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
