We collect the following information when you use SOPfast:

• Account data: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Usage data: SOPs you generate and save in your account.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store card details.
• Analytics: anonymised usage data via PostHog to improve the product.

• To provide and operate the SOPfast service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing).
• To improve the product based on anonymised usage patterns.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Resend — transactional email.
• PostHog — anonymised analytics.
• Anthropic — AI SOP generation (your prompts are sent to the Claude API).

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support@sopfast.co.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your data.
